Pushmark collects and processes only the information necessary to provide our notification delivery service:

• Account Information: Email address for account creation and authentication
• Device Tokens: Push notification tokens to deliver notifications to your devices
• Channel Data: Channel names, descriptions, and settings you create
• Notification Content: Message content, titles, and metadata sent through our API
• Usage Statistics: Number of notifications sent, delivery success rates, and service usage metrics

We do NOT collect: Location data, personal files, contacts, browsing history, or any other personal information beyond what's listed above.

The information we collect is used to:

• Deliver push notifications to your subscribed devices
• Manage your channels and account settings
• Provide usage analytics and delivery statistics
• Improve service reliability and performance
• Send important service updates and account notifications

Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties. We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:

Data Retention Policy

We retain your data as follows:

• Account Information: Retained for as long as your account is active
• Notification History: Stored for 30 days, then automatically deleted
• Channel Settings: Retained until you delete the channel or account
• Usage Statistics: Aggregated data retained for service improvement purposes

To delete your account and all associated data, please contact us at support@pushmark.app. We will process your request within 30 days.

Children

The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.

The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. The Service Provider encourages all children to never submit any personally identifiable information through the Application and/or Services. The Service Provider encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children's Internet usage and to help enforce this Policy by instructing their children never to provide personally identifiable information through the Application and/or Services without their permission. If you have reason to believe that a child has provided personally identifiable information to the Service Provider through the Application and/or Services, please contact the Service Provider (support@pushmark.app) so that they will be able to take the necessary actions. You must also be at least 16 years of age to consent to the processing of your personally identifiable information in your country (in some countries we may allow your parent or guardian to do so on your behalf).

Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information:

• Encryption: All data transmissions use TLS/SSL encryption
• Access Control: Limited access to personal data on a need-to-know basis
• Secure Storage: Data is stored on secure servers with regular backups
• API Security: Authentication required for all API requests

While we strive to protect your information, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but continuously work to improve our security measures.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
